 حضرت مستورد بن شداد سے روایت ہے کہ میں نے رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم سے سنا آپ فرماتے تھے کہ دنیا کی مثال آخرت کے مقابلے میں ایسی ہے جیسے کہ تم میں سے کوئی اپنی ایک انگلی دریا میں ڈال کر نکال لے اور پھر دیکھے کہ پانی کی کتنی مقدار اس میں لگ کر آئی ہے(مسلم)                              ثشریح مطلب یہ ہے کہ دنیا آخرت کے مقابلے میں اتنی ہی بے حقیقت اور بے حیثیت ہے جتنا کے دریا کے مقابلے میں انگلی پر لگا ہوا پانی اور دراصل یہ مثال بھی صرف سمجھانے کے لئے دی گئی ہے ورنہ فی الحقیقت دنیا کو آخرت کے مقابلے میں یہ نسبت بھی نہیں ہے دنیا اور جو کچھ دنیا میں ہے سب محدود اور متناہی ہے اور آخرت لامحدود اور لامتناہی ہے اور ریاضی کا مسلم مسئلہ ہے کہ محدود اور متناہی اور لامحدود لامتناہی کے درمیان کوئی نسبت نہیں ہوتی جب حقیقت یہ ہے تو وہ شخص بڑا ہی محروم اور بہت ہی گھاٹے میں رہنے والا ہے جو دنیا کو حاصل کرنے کے لئےخوب جدوجہد کرتا ہے مگر آخرت کی تیاری کی طرف ہے فکر اور بے پرواہ ہے  ....................................

 It is narrated on the authority of Abu Hurayrah that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said: Will there be some cunning people in the last days who will prey on the world under the guise of religion, to show their dervishes and misery to the people and  They will be clothed in sheepskin to impress. Their tongues will be sweeter than sugar, but in their breasts will be hearts of wolves. Allaah says (interpretation of the meaning): “Are they deceived by my leniency?  Or are they fearing me and daring to confront me? So I swear that I will set up a calamity among them against these cunning ones, which will leave even their wise and prudent people astonished.  It was learned that this special kind of hypocrisy is to ensnare the naive servants of Allah by making them look like pious devotees and by uttering these soft and sweet words of God in stark contrast to their inner state and earn the world from them.  This is the worst kind of hypocrisy...
