ماہرین کا خیال یہ ہے  کہ دنیا میں برداشت کم ہو رہی ہے ۔ لوگ دوسرے لوگوں کی بات سننے ان کے ذاویہ نظر کو تسلیم کرنے اور اختلف راۓ کو برداشت کرنے کے لیے تیار نہیں ہے۔برداشت کی یہ کمی دنیا کے امن اور سکون کے لیے انتحائ تاثر کس ہد تک درست ہے ۔اس پر آگے چل کر بات کروں گا ۔

جب صدر ایوب خان خاموش ہوۓ تو بٹلر نے  انھیں مخاطب کیا اور ان سے کہا جس کمانڑر میں اتنی برداشت نہ ہو وہ فوج کو کیا چلاۓ گا مجھے پاکستانی فوج اور اس ملک کا مستقبل انتہائ خراب دے رہا ہے ۔ بٹلر کی یہ بات ایوب خان کے دل پر لگی انھوں نے اسی وقت سیگرٹ کو ترک کر دیا اور باقی زندگی سیگرٹ کو ہاتھ نہیں لگایا
